Your Online Account is unavailable right now
This is due to scheduled overnight system downtime whilst our members’ contributions are being allocated to their accounts.
You can access/register your account daily between 7am and midnight.
We apologise for the inconvenience. We’re listening to our customers’ feedback and we’re currently looking into ways to extend the availability of our online service.

When your Online Account becomes available, make sure you have the following information handy if you’re registering for the first time:
- Your National Insurance number – you’ll find this on your payslip/P60, or by contacting your local tax office. Visit the government’s website to find out more about your NI number.
- Your customer number – you’ll find this on either your joiner letter or email which we sent to you when you joined The People’s Pension.
